Michael J. Mr. Crespo's impressive qualifications include being an Internationally Certified Facilities Management Professional (FMP) through IFMA, a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) with NAA, an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) by IREM, a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through NBC-CAM, Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) with NABO, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by PMI. He is also a New York Accredited Realty Manager (NYARM).

Mr. Crespo is an active Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, Connecticut, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He specializes in new developments, with a particular focus on residential and commercial properties in the New York Metropolitan Area. His educational achievements include a Real Estate Development Certificate from New York University's Schack Institute, and certificates in Construction Management from the New York Real Estate Institute.

Since starting his career as a financial advisor in 1991 at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Crespo has continually expanded his expertise. In 2001, while serving as the treasurer of a co-op in lower Manhattan, he identified significant gaps in the real estate industry's transparency and service sophistication. This insight led to the creation of Citadel Property Management Corp., a firm dedicated to providing thorough, quality management founded on sound principles.

Mr. Crespo believes in the advancement of professionalism in his field and has built his career around all elements that bring value to a property. His numerous certifications with NYC HPD (Housing Preservation and Development) include Building Finance, Local Law 1 Compliance, Residential Property Management, Advanced Building Management, Fair Housing Training, and Building Systems Management. His financial licenses are extensive, including Life and Health Insurance (NYS Insurance Dept.), Managed Futures (Series 31), Uniform Investment Advisor (Series 65), Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63), and General Securities Representative (Series 7).
